We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00 (certain exclusions apply).
Our products are shipped from Sugar Land, TX, United States. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
We do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, but if your order has not reached you within 10 days of processing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. International orders may take longer to reach sometimes. Please allow few more days for international orders. Please include your order number and ORDER NOT RECEIVED in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you.
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees set by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
Our products are shipped from Sugar Land, TX, United States. When ordering from www.alluretheory.com, the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any import fees as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Allure Theory does not collect duties and taxes and we can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local post office or customs office for more information.
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed because we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped. we ship out all orders as quickly as possible and once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please note some dissimilarity in lashes may occur because they are handcrafted. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair placement, it does not mean lashes are damaged.
If you ever receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it. Please send a picture of the damaged item to us at email@example.com with the subject line DAMAGED, and include your order number.
Damages from shipping will be reviewed carefully and cannot be guaranteed a replacement of the product.
